ABOUT ME:

Hello! I’m a 25-year-old creative based in Wilson, North Carolina. I’ve always been drawn to the wonder that comes from making things. At a young age, drawing became the easiest way for me to explore that curiosity. And on the rare days I wasn’t outside with my two brothers, I was probably customizing something or trying to make a video of some kind.

Nature has always captivated me with its detail and intricacy. Also its ability to flow and be so strongly sustained, never changing but constantly at motion. Simple moments—exploring the woods or walking through streams—helped me grow to appreciate just how beautiful and unique our world is. After earning my Associate in Science, I attended a school in Kona, Hawaii, where I saw design carried out in a way that was both orderly and powerful. YWAM Kona’s Media Team introduced me to creating in a way that extends beyond a single sitting. While leading a team in the Middle East, I discovered acrylic painting with purpose— which was painting art that encourages and uplifts people around me.

I’ve always worked with a variety of mediums and enjoy pen and ink, digital drawing, and acrylic painting. After serving in missions, I decided to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Studio and Digital Arts with a focus in Graphic Design. That experience opened up a new depth of understanding for what design can accomplish, especially in the realm of developing brand identities.

Today, I see design as something far deeper—an expression of the world’s diverse beauty through visual form. This idea is represented in my logo: the diamond shape, where each facet reflects a unique expression from light, the hardest rock and most valuable, perfect. Paired with a butterfly shape, it symbolizes freedom—limitless, joyful, and always exploring new heights, only because of the transformation went through.
